OUR PROGRAMS

Performing Resilience
A personal narrative storytelling and performance workshop open to LGBTQ APA storytellers. Designed to create more spaces for LGBTQ APA stories to exist through live storytelling and performance.

Queer History Preservation
A free digital archiving service designed to digitize and physically archive photos, newsletters, videos, and other physical ephemera tied to the LGBTQ APA community. We work with content originators to gain permission to post some of the materials into the Radical Placement History Tour.

Radical Placement
A digital history tour highlighting LGBTQ Asian Pacific history in the Bay Area. Think google maps meets pinterest. We seek to use technology and active digital archiving to ensure that our stories are told, and our contributions are documented. We focus on weaving personal stories and historical moments into geographic and timeline based context. Photo and media content is curated from a broad range of community from personal to organizational archives.

Performing Visible Resilience
A public presentation of our art. An immersive and multi-disciplinary visual arts exhibition and performance showcase. Features performances by storytellers who have taken the Performing Resilience workshop series. On the walls, view larger than life canvas images from our partner, the Visibility Project, and curated images from the Power in Preservation series.
